About Me

Hi, I’m Talia! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who shows people how to make nutrition changes using an intuitive eating and weight-neutral approach that promotes a joyful, peaceful relationship with food.

I live in Philadelphia, PA, and I create online courses to serve people all around the world so they can decrease confusion around food and nutrition and find what works best for THEM.
